Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel Marrakesh

The hotel is in a peaceful area, close to everything in this city. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The elegant garden area, with its lush palm trees and well, maintained outdoor pools, creates a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere in this hotel. the staff were friendly and competent, making it easy to settle in and navigate around the venue. Guests seeking a relaxing yet indulgent stay will appreciate the Spa lounge and massage services available, which offer high, quality treatments that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

Although the rooms are generally comfortable and provide plenty of amenities, I noticed that the level of cleanliness could use some improvement. the floors were not as well, maintained as I would have liked, with minor stains still visible in some areas.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were outstanding. the swimming pools were sublime and heated for a comfortable temperature. the service provided by the staff was so lovely, courteous and attentive to our needs; it was truly world-class. the Garden area was well-manicured with beautiful palm trees. the Spa centre was pristine and the massage treatments fabulous.

There was only one minor issue, the fruit variety could have been widened. Despite the minor issue, the restaurant's food was perfect, fresh, and well managed by the hotel management.

We found a great hotel near the city center, within walking distance of the market square and nice restaurants. The location was perfect for us to explore the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided a friendly service and made sure our needs were met. The breakfast spread was plentiful and satisfying, offering a good start to our day. We also appreciated the availability of free kids club and the relaxing pools with plenty of loungers.

That the wifi in the rooms was not great, but it worked fine outside.

Exceptional property with great staff and fantastic restaurant service. Good food in buffet, friendly atmosphere, and accommodating cleaners. Convenient location near Menara Mall and Gueliz. Ok breakfast, good pools with plenty of loungers, and free kids club. Nice outdoor pool and on-demand dishes at the buffet restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good selection of pillows. The location was convenient, with access to the main attractions and trendy areas.

The hotel lacked a holiday atmosphere and had a strong conference feel to it. The restaurant area was noisy, with large groups shouting and singing late into the night.

I had a wonderful stay at Kenzi Rose Garden. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk away from the Medina and a few minutes from Minera Mall. The pool area is lovely, with two clean swimming pools surrounded by lush trees for privacy. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options, including fresh omelets and a must-try donut station. The beds in the hotel room were super comfy and made for a restful night's sleep. Despite a minor issue with Wi-Fi in the room, my overall experience was great. I definitely recommend this hotel.
